HVAC Systems We Service

Always Comfy LLC services air-based HVAC heating and cooling systems, including:

• Gas furnaces
• Heat pumps
• Ducted and ductless mini-split systems

Service agreements apply only to air-based HVAC systems and do not apply to boilers, hydronic systems, or other non–air-based heating systems.

Heat-Only HVAC Service Agreement

$175 per year (first system)
Includes:

• One professional heating system maintenance visit per year
• Covers air-based HVAC heating systems (gas furnaces, heat pumps, ducted or ductless mini-splits)
• No diagnostic or trip fees for heating-related service calls
• Priority scheduling during the heating season
• Exclusive service agreement member discounts
• Equipment tracking (we document model/serial information where accessible, system condition notes, and service history to support faster future diagnostics and recommendations)

Cooling equipment is not included with this plan.

Cooling-Only HVAC Service Agreement

$175 per year (first system)
Includes:

• One professional air conditioning maintenance visit per year
• Covers central air conditioning and heat pump cooling systems
• No diagnostic or trip fees for cooling-related service calls
• Priority scheduling during the cooling season 
• Exclusive service agreement member discounts
• Equipment tracking (we document model/serial information where accessible, system condition notes, and service history to support faster future diagnostics and recommendations)

Heating equipment is not included with this plan.

Heating + Cooling HVAC Service Agreement (Full System)

$349 per year (first system)
Includes:

• One heating maintenance visit
• One air conditioning maintenance visit
• Covers complete air-based HVAC systems, including gas furnaces, heat pumps, and ducted/ductless mini-splits
• No diagnostic or trip fees for covered equipment
• Priority scheduling year-round
• Exclusive service agreement member discounts
• Equipment tracking (we document model/serial information where accessible, system condition notes, and service history to support faster future diagnostics and recommendations)

This is the best value option for homeowners with both heating and cooling systems.

Additional HVAC Systems at the Same Residence

(Serviced during the same visit)

• Heat-Only (each additional system): $125 per year
• Cooling-Only (each additional system): $125 per year
• Heating + Cooling (each additional system): $249 per year

Additional system pricing applies when multiple HVAC systems are serviced at the same residence during the same visit.

• 15% off HVAC repairs
• 10% off accessories, including thermostats, humidifiers, dehumidifiers, air cleaners, and indoor air quality products
• 5% off HVAC replacement equipment or new system installations
